Austin Interchange Projects
Steve has been a long term partner with Miami Township and the Cities of Miamisburg and Springboro in the development of real property near the Austin Interchange. Led all aspects of financing, fast-track design and construction of $40+ million of public infrastructure as well as securing public/private partnerships with national companies and developers for over three million square feet of high quality commercial, retail, residential and industrial facilities.
Austin Development Projects
Long term partner with the City of Union for the development of a major new industrial park in northern Montgomery County near the Interstate 70/Interstate 75 Interchange and the Dayton International Airport. Led all aspects of financing and fast-track design and construction of $60+ million of public infrastructure, as well securing public/private partnerships with national companies and developers for more than seven million square feet of new distribution and manufacturing facilities with a combined annual payroll of nearly $200 million.
